Teddy
Haas began painting in 1997 in oils and she decided to switch to
watercolor about three years ago. Art has been a lifelong love for
her, but as a teacher, then a busy mother of 9, and a grandmother
of 21, there was never much time to pursue her interest. She is
a self-taught artist. She would read anything she could find and
did a lot of experimenting before she knew that there were some
rules, which made things a little easier. This method has worked
very well for her and has allowed her to grow and in turn has taught
her a great deal about this exciting medium. Her work is in private
collections in Switzerland, Florida, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania
and Ohio. She also has her work in corporate collections in Cleveland.
Teddy Haas hopes you enjoy viewing her gallery of Watercolor originals
and prints.
